The abstracts will be selected as follows:
- Posters: abstracts selected as Posters will be exhibited in the dedicated area at the Congress Venue and discussed during the ‘Poster’ sessions
- Oral Communications: the best abstracts will be chosen to present their work during the ‘Oral Communications’ session of the congress

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES AND GUIDELINES
Criteria for abstract selection include the level of quality, relevance to the topics and depth of content.
Abstracts containing non-original data and information of an explicitly commercial nature will not be accepted.
Via the online system, each submitter will receive an email of successful submission. Should this note not be received, it will be up to the authors to contact the organising secretariat promptly.
The submission and sending of abstracts must take place exclusively online, using the appropriate form, no later than 15th June 2025.
GUIDELINES
- Abstracts are accepted only in English
- The following information will be requested to submit the abstract:
- Title (255 characters including spaces)
- Topic
- Name, surname, email, address, affiliation and telephone number of the submitter (the person designated to submit the scientific work)
- Name, surname, email and affiliation of first author and co-authors, if any
- They must be structured in the following paragraphs:
◦ INTRODUCTION → context, objectives and importance of the study addressed
◦ METHODS → approach, procedures and steps followed and used during the study
◦ RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS → observations and data in an orderly and logical sequence; significant findings and results - Cannot include illustrative material in the body of the text
- Cannot be longer than 3500 characters, including spaces
Contributions sent in paper format, typescripts that do not conform to the standards indicated in these instructions or sent after the aforementioned deadline, irrespective of their scientific content, will not be taken into consideration.
The organisational secretariat will communicate the outcome of the review process, realized by the Scientific Committee, directly to the submitter. It will be the submitter’s responsibility to share the communication with its co-authors.

A necessary condition for the publication of one’s own scientific work as a poster is the registration to the XXXVII SIAAIC National Congress of at least one of the indicated authors and compulsorily of the presenter of the scientific work.
